How to get
 or  from
Translatable: yes
The writing is Romanized Japanese. In case youu were wondering :)

1) Crop your picture
2) Duplicate >> Screen >> 50% opacity
3) Duplicate Screened layer and set on Soft Light
4) Duplicate Soft Light Layer and set on Exclusion
5) All but the bottom layer should be on 50% opacity
6) New Adjustment Layer >> Brightness/Contrast
Brightness >> 15
Contrast >> 15
7) New Raster Layer >> Floodfill #0b1c53 >> Exclusion 50% opacity
8) Duplicate the bottom layer and drag to top
9) Set on Soft Light >> 82% opacity
10) And you're done with the coloring!

Effects for 1st icon
1) I typed Sakurairo Maukoro in the font Socially Awkward at 2pt. You can use any font.
Sorry, I don't know where to download Socially Awkward.
2) I duplicated the text and made sure I was on the bottom text layer for this step.
Adjust >> Blur >> Radial Blur
Just find your preferred setting for it. I used
Blur Type >> Spin
Strength >> 46
Eliptical >> checked
Horizontal Offset >> 4
Vertical Offset >> -18
Protect Center >> 0
3) I duplicated that layer a couple of times.
4) Go to the top layer of your text and apply a drop shadow.
Vertical >> 1
Horizontal >> 6
Opacity >> 50
Blur >> 5
5) And you're done!

Effects for 2nd Icon
1) Use the steps for the effects on the first icon
2) I used a pattern, made by me. As you should know, to get my patterns you
must request them from me! This one is a freebie. Do not claim as you own!

3) Set the pattern on overlay and just feather away the areas you don't want.
4) You're done!

Other examples of this coloring! Remember to change opacities if needed! 26% on the
Exclusion Layer works better on most pictures.
