Here's how to get this coloring! Not all pictures turn out the same though...

1) Prepare your image! (size, etc)
2) Duplicate it twice and set both on screen.
3) Go below those two layers and create a New Adjustment Layer>>Curves. Use these settings
R: Input: 67 Output: 2
4) Now go above the two screened layers and add a new raster layer.
5) Floodfill>>#f1ea3e>>Soft Light>>19%
6) New Adjustment Layer>>Curves>>RGB: Input: 122 Output: 73
Set it on Softlight
7) New Adjustmet Layer>>Levels
RGB: Input: 0, 2.29, 255 Output: 0, 169
R: Input: 0, 0.46, 187 Output: 0, 95
G: Input: 0, 0.28, 211 Output: 0, 255
B: Input: 0, 3.18, 255 Output: 0, 71
Softlight it!
8) New raster layer>>Floofill #c0c0c0>>Burn
9) Duplicate that layer and set it on 50% opacity.
10) New Raster Layer>>Floodfill #091d7b>>Exclusion
11) Duplicate your picture, bring it to the top, then soft light it. And you're done!
